The maximum size for shipments is 335 x 160 x 170 cm.
How heavy can my shipment be to the maximum?
Depending on the selected vehicle, the highest weight for a delivery is 1,200kg. For vehicles with a lifting platform, the maximum weight for a package is limited to 800kg.
How do I book with Foolmovers?
The quickest and easiest way to book your transport is via our online price calculator at the home page, which is available on PCs, laptops and mobile devices and takes only a few steps to order your van. How much does your dedicated logistics service cost?
The price depends on the distance and size of your shipment. You can calculate the price for your individual transport needs within a few seconds in our price calculator. Depending on the route, you can book with us from € 115.00.
How do the goods have to be packed for transport?
Fragile belongings should be packed carefully in boxes but all other items, we will pack when needed in thick removal blankets.
Can the driver help with loading and unloading the goods?
If you send shipments with our vans, a friendly help with (un)loading for a total of 60 minutes is included. It is important to note that the maximum weight per package that the driver is allowed to lift is 30kg for legal reasons. Also please note that we speak about a small help and no deliveries in forth stock for example.
Can my shipment also be delivered on another day?
Yes, the shipment will be delivered on your desired date, which you can specify when booking in our price calculator, the travel time is automatically taken into account.
Can my shipment also be picked up and delivered on a fixed date?
Yes, can be booked on a fixed date. You can freely choose your delivery time window. For the earliest delivery time, the transit time must of course be observed.
Can I track my shipment?
After placing the order, you will receive a transport confirmation from us and at the moment you will be informed by e-mail when the order has been delivered. On request, one can ask for live tracking so the vehicle can be followed during the transit time.
Will I receive a delivery confirmation for my goods?
Yes, you will receive a delivery confirmation for loading and unloading by email. Consignment notes are only sent on request.
Is my shipment insured?
Our standard insurance is the official CMR Insurance. If the value of your shipment exceeds the standard insurance value, you should optionally take out additional insurance for the respective shipment.
Can I pay on account?
We are a ‘lean and mean’ organization so we only accept online payments, credit card payments, cash and bank transfers only before unloading. No prepayment is needed.
